Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise this right, inform Denis Hoeger Caballero Consulting e.K., Nobelstraße 3-5, 41189 Mönchengladbach, Germany, email support@manubook.com, by an unequivocal statement. You may use the electronic withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your notice. We use the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Services started during the withdrawal period

If you expressly requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period, you may owe a proportionate amount for services provided before you informed us of your withdrawal, where the statutory requirements are met.
